For more than 20 years, Kristen has worked with adolescents, adults, and children to help them realize their goals and improve their lives. Kristen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and School Social Worker with degrees from Wright State University and Loyola University of Chicago. She works to use the foundation of a trusting therapeutic relationship to empower each client on their journey of personal growth. Her passion is the treatment of children, adolescents, young adults and women of all ages who struggle with depression, anxiety, and unresolved trauma. 

She practices strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally-competent care, primarily utilizing a mix of person-centered, solution focused, and psychodynamic approaches. She hopes to inspire clients’ motivation to discover insights into dysfunctional patterns, so that they are able to make choices that will create joy in their lives.
