When working with clients, I bring a deeply personal and intentional journey to the field of mental health. My path toward becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences with change, growth, and healing. These experiences inspired a commitment to walk alongside others on their own paths of self-discovery and resilience.
Rooted in Adlerian principles, I emphasize the importance of purpose, belonging, and social connection in my work. I also incorporate a Person-Centered Therapy approach, ensuring clients are consistently met with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. I am EMDR-trained and integrate trauma-informed approaches to support clients in processing and healing from distressing life experiences.
My clinical focus centers on supporting adults, couples, and veterans through life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional struggles. With deep respect for each client’s unique story, I strive to create a safe, affirming space where healing and growth can occur. My mission is to help clients rediscover meaning, build stronger connections, and develop the tools they need to thrive.
